Job description
Own core lending services handling millions of transactions a day. This is a high-ownership role on a small, senior team.
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed services
- Own service reliability and on-call
- Mentor mid-level engineers
- Drive technical design reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years building backend services at scale
- Strong Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS and containerised deployments
- Solid grasp of system design
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science
