1. Using the service

By creating an account on Apki Naukri you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to work lawfully in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. One person, one account.

3. Accuracy of information

Candidates must give truthful information about their experience, education and skills. Recruiters must post genuine openings with accurate descriptions, locations and compensation. Accounts found misrepresenting either may be suspended.

4. Job postings

Jobs are reviewed before they go live. We may reject or remove a posting that is misleading, discriminatory, asks candidates for payment, or is not a real vacancy. Rejected postings come with a reason so they can be corrected.

5. Prohibited use

Do not scrape the platform, harvest candidate data for purposes other than recruitment, upload malicious files, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing.

6. Hiring outcomes

Apki Naukri is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship, and we do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired or that a vacancy will be filled.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Where practical we will tell you why.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
